Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Platforms, owning strategy, governance, and delivery of Oracle P2P capabilities across finance and procurement. This role partners with Finance, Operations, Risk and Technology to modernize processes, ensure controls, and drive scalable solutions.

Strong ERP P2P, accounting knowledge, and global deployment experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, business administration, or related discipline (equivalent experience may be considered).
10+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise Finance and Accounting platforms.
Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes: AP, Procurement, Supplier Management, T&E.
Strong understanding of accounting, controls, compliance, and operations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise Procure-to-Pay and related platforms.
Provide leadership across teams responsible for platform ownership, delivery, and production support.
Lead transformation initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, and data-driven decisions.
Build partnerships with executive stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Procurement.
