Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an executive-level Product Manager to lead the strategic design of its P2P platform, spanning vendor management, payables, and third-party integrations across 60+ countries. You will drive AI-enabled automation and ensure alignment with enterprise governance and financial controls.

You will own design authority, shape the roadmap, and collaborate with Finance Tech leadership to deliver measurable business value in a complex, global ERP environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise finance technology with P2P domain expertise.
• Deep functional knowledge of P2P processes, controls, and close requirements.
• Experience driving AI/automation or genAI initiatives in finance ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end P2P product design strategy from concept to launch and iteration.
• Direct design and evaluation of P2P solutions (billing, AR, integrations) for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to balance support with forward design work.
• Develop a performance framework to measure design quality and value delivered.
• Present roadmaps and investments to Finance Technology leadership and P2P Steering Committee.
