Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Director for ChemCare/OSS with full P&L ownership of a $300M revenue, $45M EBITDA services business. Lead a cross-functional team and shape strategy across commercial, operations and support to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.

You will align strategy, execution, pricing, and risk management while ensuring EH&S compliance and sustainable performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of a cross-functional organization (~90 employees) across commercial, operations, and support functions.
• Own and deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across revenue, Gross Margin, and EBITDA.
• Drive pipeline-led growth (new business, cross-sell, churn recovery).
• Lead performance cadence: MORs, pipeline reviews, KPI dashboards.
• Optimize portfolio toward targeted high-value verticals; drive pricing strategy with Finance and Commercial.
• Excellence in safety and compliance, EH&S and risk mitigation across the business.
