Univar Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Director for ChemCare / OSS with full P&L ownership of a $300M revenue, $45M EBITDA integrated services business. The role drives profitable growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across ChemCare and OSS.

The candidate will oversee a ~90-person cross-functional team and deliver the annual plan, growth initiatives, pricing strategy, and digital enablement while maintaining EH&S and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leadership experience in industrial services or chemical distribution.
• Proven P&L leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and growth leadership.
• Experience in regulated environments (EH&S, waste services).
• Track record of leading transformation.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically.

Responsabilités

• Oversight of a cross-functional organization (~90 employees) across commercial, operations, and support functions.
• Own and deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across revenue, Gross Margin, and EBITDA.
• Drive pipeline-led growth (new business, cross-sell, churn recovery).
• Lead performance cadence: MORs, pipeline reviews, KPI dashboards.
• Optimize portfolio toward targeted high-value verticals.
• Drive pricing strategy and value capture in partnership with Finance and Commercial.
• Excellence leadership and safety/compliance culture adherence across EH&S, environment and risk mitigation.
