Univar Solutions USA Inc is seeking a senior executive to lead Environmental & Hazardous Waste Services with full P&L ownership of a $300M revenue, $45M EBITDA integrated services business. You will drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across ChemCare and OSS, in a remote US role with 50% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years leadership experience in hazardous waste or related field.
Proven P&L leadership experience in regulated environments (EH&S, waste services).
Strong commercial acumen and growth leadership abilities.
Experience leading transformation and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee cross-functional organization (~90 employees) across commercial, operations, and support functions.
Own and deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA.
Drive pipeline-led growth, cross-sell, and churn reduction.
