Gallagher Affinity is seeking an Account Specialist to manage a renewal book focused on Professional Liability and Errors & Omissions, delivering proactive service and accurate renewals in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and problem solving, and is comfortable coordinating with clients, carriers, and internal teams as volumes grow.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of renewal accounts focused on Professional Liability and E&O renewals.
• Contact clients to review upcoming renewals and gather renewal information.
• Process and enter renewal applications accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients.
• Coordinate with insureds, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth renewals.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and policy records.
