Gallagher Affinity is seeking an Account Specialist to manage a portfolio of professional liability renewal accounts in a fully remote role. You will handle renewal applications, communicate with clients, and present insurance quotes while delivering exceptional service.

The position requires an active P&C license and strong client-facing skills, with opportunities to grow into larger portfolios as workload peaks. Remote work is supported with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are expected.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of renewal accounts focused on Professional Liability and E&O renewals.
• Contact clients to review upcoming renewals and gather renewal information.
• Process and enter renewal applications accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients.
• Answer coverage and policy-related questions while delivering excellent service.
• Coordinate with insureds, carriers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth renewal process.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and policy records.
