Insurance Office of America, Inc. (IOA) seeks an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines to support the account team and Producer. This role emphasizes service excellence, renewal processing, policy administration, and collaboration with the AM/AE to manage client expectations.

The position offers remote work with California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona residents, with potential hybrid onsite as needed. Active P&C license and PT hours are required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims processing, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and prepare submissions.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included and monitor accounts receivable.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
