Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate – Commercial Lines to support the account team, producer, and assigned group. The role focuses on policy administration, billing, claims, and renewals while maintaining high service quality.

Remote work is open to CA, NV, OR, WA and AZ residents, with potential hybrid onsite requirements. A valid P&C license and strong MS Office skills are preferred for success in this role.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Work with minimal direction from an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer, ensuring production and quality standards are met while safeguarding against liability.
• Independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage smaller-sized accounts or those with less complexity.
