Insurance Office Of America, Inc. (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. Remote work is open to CA, NV, OR, WA and AZ with potential on-site hybrid needs. You will support the account team, ensuring accurate policy administration, renewals, and service delivery in Pacific Time hours.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active license; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Monitor activity and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with team to deliver service excellence.
• Assist in reviewing contracts for proper coverages.
