Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. The position is remote/open to residents of California and neighboring states, with on-site hybrid opportunities as needed.

You will support the account team, ensuring accurate policy administration, renewals, and service excellence. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C licensing (CIC preferred), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and clients.
• Resolve moderately complex service problems with minimal direction.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Process tasks accurately within required timeframes.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
