Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, risk management, economics, actuarial science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage P&C insurance products throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Analyze market trends, competition, customer needs, profitability, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with actuarial and underwriting to evaluate pricing, rating plans, guidelines, coverage forms, eligibility, and profitability.
• Lead product enhancements including coverage, policy language, pricing structure, forms, rules, and processes.
• Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and implementation plans for new products or changes.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance for state filings and regulatory reviews.
• Partner with claims, operations, technology, and distribution to ensure operational effectiveness and marketplace alignment.
• Support go-to-market by developing product materials, tools, and training resources.
• Monitor performance against loss ratio, retention, premium volume, rate adequacy, expense trends, and competitiveness.
• Communicate strategy and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
