• Experience providing customer-focused service.
• Navigate a PC Windows environment across multiple applications.
• Perform monetary transactions (cash terminal, balances).
• Cross-selling insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Provide price quotes on all insurance products with applicable rules and discounts.
• Rewrite and reinstate insurance policies per underwriting and business rules.
• Complete membership and/or insurance applications, endorsements, and change forms.
• Accept & process payments at the point of sale.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers.
• Respond to inquiries from sales reps, insureds, mortgage companies, etc., regarding ratings, premiums, and billing.
