Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking an Insurance Customer Sales and Service Representative for a remote, full-time role. You will deliver exceptional service, explain coverage options, and help customers find memberships and insurance solutions in a fast-paced call center.

Starting training date is October 19, 2026 with schedule Monday–Friday. After training, shifts vary; compensation includes an hourly rate with bonuses and a $1,000 sign-on for licensed agents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license as stated.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer-focused service.
• Ability to navigate multiple information sources and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide price quotes factoring underwriting rules and discounts.
• Rewrite and reinstate policies per underwriting rules.
• Process applications, endorsements, and changes as needed.
• Accept and process payments at the point of sale.
• Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries from various sources.
• Ensure efficient processing of policies and status changes.
• Assist agents in resolving technical and business issues across centers.
