Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance Call Center in Ohio. Remote training is provided for ~4 months, with a 40-hour post-training remote schedule. You will handle inbound calls, guide members on policies and memberships, and upsell where appropriate.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays. Ohio residents are required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience; call center preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and learn new systems.
• Must reside within Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about insurance policies and AAA memberships.
• Deliver proactive solutions and recommend products/services.
• Engage with members with a friendly, problem-solving mindset.
• Navigate multiple systems while listening and multitasking.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to improve performance.
