Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a remote call center agent to handle member inquiries with first-call resolution, promote memberships and credit card offers, and provide helpful information. You’ll work on inbound and outbound interactions, using consultative selling to meet member needs and drive revenue.

Training lasts 13 weeks with full-time training hours and after training, morning and afternoon shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must qualify and maintain state licenses for selling Auto Club Group products.
• 6 months of customer service/sales in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic PC/Internet skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle membership inquiries via inbound/outbound calls with first call resolution.
• Promote memberships and credit card offers; achieve sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades and product enhancements.
• Serve as contact for sales initiatives using campaigns and promotions.
• Cross-sell and provide information on discounts and rewards programs.
• Assist with member information, directions, and travel planning as needed.
• Adhere to performance metrics including call handling and schedule adherence.
