gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative (P&C CSR) for a remote, full-time role in Ohio. The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio P&C license and has experience with Allstate Insurance in property and casualty sales, delivering high-quality service while handling confidential information.

You will act as the primary contact for agency calls, assist clients with policy inquiries, processing payments, and updates.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required.
• Prior Allstate Insurance experience in property and casualty sales is required.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and professional communication by phone and email; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming agency calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients with processing payments, policy questions, and account updates.
• Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure adequate coverage.
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage or referrals to the sales team as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and follow-up communications.
