Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent – Property & Casualty (P&C) to drive sales and deliver exceptional service from a remote location. You will build relationships, guide clients through the insurance process, and represent our brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required.
• Prior experience in property and casualty insurance sales is required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets, including minimum production requirements.
• Build and nurture client relationships through outstanding communication and service.
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure follow-up on leads.
• Participate in local marketing events to expand brand reach and visibility.
