Job summary

gobravvo in Ohio seeks an Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) to build long‑term client relationships and drive property and casualty sales. You will operate in a high‑energy, training‑oriented environment with ongoing professional development and a focus on customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes outbound/inbound calls, client records, and local marketing participation to grow the client base. A license and prior Allstate P&C sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
• Prior Allstate agency experience in property & casualty sales (required).
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Previous sales experience in insurance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage outgoing and incoming sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales goals, including a $30,000 monthly production baseline.
• Maintain detailed client records for effective follow-up and service continuity.
• Participate in local marketing events to promote insurance products and expand the client base.
• Develop trust-based relationships with clients through communication and personalized service.
• Utilize proven sales techniques and overcome objections to close sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
• Work in-office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in a collaborative team environment.
