Farmers Insurance is seeking a field-based role to manage a core Foremost Independent Agencies territory in California. You will prospect and appoint agencies, drive premium growth, and meet financial and operational goals.

This remote position requires weekly travel and focuses on developing agency partnerships, product promotion, and strategic coordination to optimize profitability and risk management across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of insurance sales and management experience.
• Commercial auto experience required.
• Territory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages assigned territory to drive profitable growth and targets.
• Promotes and supports Foremost products and services within an assigned territory.
• Builds agency partnerships and acts as a trusted advisor between agency and company.
