Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state-level sales strategies to drive growth and market share.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Territory Sales Managers across California.
• Strengthen relationships with independent agents, brokers, and industry partners.
• Manage strategic agency accounts and support agency development.
• Analyze market trends, conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Product, and Leadership to meet objectives.
• Provide market intelligence and growth recommendations.
• Drive accountability for production goals and results.
• Travel throughout California to support agency relationships and business development.
