Job summary

First Acceptance Insurance is seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) P&C Carrier Territory Manager to prospect, vet, appoint, and manage independent agencies for sales growth across a defined territory.

You will meet territory volume and profit objectives while strengthening relationships with agencies. Remote role with travel to Northern California; home base near that area encouraged. Requires 5+ years in territory/high-volume sales and fluent English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 5+ years in Territory Manager or high-volume sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and sales analytics tools.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve new business production and KPIs by managing agents in the territory.
• Schedule daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities to hit objectives.
• Solicit and evaluate agencies for appointment to the VP of Business Development.
• Train agencies on products, processes, and technology.
• Maintain agency visits and document actions in Salesforce.
