Qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance sales experience.

• Proven ability to lead and develop agency relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state-level sales strategies that drive premium growth and market share.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Territory Sales Managers throughout California.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with independent agents, brokers, and key industry partners.
• Manage strategic agency accounts and support agency development efforts.
• Analyze production trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Product, and Executive Leadership to achieve business objectives.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations regarding industry trends and competitor activity.
• Drive accountability for production goals and overall business results.
• Travel throughout California to support agency relationships and business development initiatives.
