GC Realty & Development, LLC seeks a remote Property Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, oversee onboarding, financial reviews, owner approvals, and renewals. You will coordinate with leasing, maintenance, and financial teams to drive growth as our portfolio expands.

The role requires 4+ years of client-facing property management, strong English communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Remote work with U.S. Central Time hours is provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct, client-facing experience in residential property management.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills, especially over phone and email.
• Deep understanding of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial management.
• Knowledge of major property components and budgeting for capital improvements.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and clarity.
• Ability to stay calm, positive, and decisive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset for working with leasing, maintenance, and financial teams.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GC Realty Experience by ensuring every client interaction meets our standard of service.
• Communicate quickly—respond to client emails, calls, and texts within 2 hours.
• Lead quarterly check-ins with clients to review properties and concerns.
• Follow a monthly calendar of 14 touchpoints, including inspections and delinquency updates.
