GC Realty & Development, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to deliver exceptional client service while expanding our Chicagoland portfolio. You'll oversee onboarding, financial reviews, approvals, and renewals, collaborating with leasing, maintenance, and finance teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of property management experience in multi-family and/or single-family homes.
Awareness of local regulations including CRLTO/CCRLTO.

Responsibilities

Deliver the GC Realty Experience: ensure client interactions reflect our standards.
Respond to client communications within 2 hours and aim for first-call resolution.
Lead quarterly client check-ins to review properties and address concerns.
Proactively communicate using a 14-point monthly touchpoint calendar.
Review financials and ROI; handle client concessions up to $250.
Onboard new clients with clarity and set expectations.
Manage client collections and payment strategies.
Obtain owner approvals for work orders and turnovers.
Coordinate with leasing to fill vacancies and strategize renewals.
Negotiate renewals to benefit clients and residents.
