Job summary

Broadridge is hiring a remote, contract Project Coordinator (EDGAR, SEC) to support the processing of financial documents for SEC filing. You’ll join a high-detail, organized team handling HTML formatting and client communications on a nightly schedule.

The role requires strong computer skills, meticulousness, and the ability to work with upper management in a fast-paced environment. Approximately 12 months with potential extension or conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in client/customer service.
• 6 months of financial printer experience preferred.
• HTML editing experience required; HTML codes or XBRL a plus.
• High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn from our customer service team and communicate with clients via email, phone, and other channels.
• Support electronic transmission of documents to the SEC.
• Gain knowledge of SEC guidelines and EDGAR rules for disclosures.
• Daily use of Microsoft 365 and internal applications.
• Convert documents to HTML format using proprietary software.
• Collaborate with departments to process EDGAR projects to completion.
