Job summary

Research Data Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to help prepare client documents for SEC EDGAR submissions. You will convert Word/Excel files into HTML format using our proprietary software and ensure consistency with internal standards.

The role requires excellent communication with clients, strong computer skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Training is provided, with benefits including PTO and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, independent operator with strong client communication.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Front-End Web Dev knowledge/experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client emails, phone calls and processing needs.
• Compare client-supplied Word documents to internal documents for consistency.
• Convert and modify Word and Excel documents into the SEC HTML EDGAR format using proprietary software.
• Stay current with trainings provided by RDG.

We’re looking for talented individuals with a great eye for detail and strong computer skills who can use our proprietary software to prepare client documents into compatible HTML for SEC submission. Training will be provided.
