Job summary

Big Ass Fans is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to drive solutions for customers with a focus on comfort and productivity. This role requires strong relationship-building, travel, and in-person client engagement across designated territories.

Expect 70k–73k base plus uncapped commissions, with substantial travel and hotel stays during peak periods. Begin date anticipated around November 2, 2026, with comprehensive onboarding and field support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training and experience.
• Proven outside sales experience (industrial sales is a bonus).
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships, internally and externally.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• CAD experience is a plus but not required; familiarity with blueprints is a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to self-manage multiple projects.
• Must be flexible, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive a BAF-branded vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the professional face of Big Ass Fans for all customers.
• Perform facility surveys and provide customized product recommendations.
• Submit facility data and log all interactions in the CRM.
• Maintain communication with customers, inside sales, and field teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with post-purchase follow-ups.
• Generate meetings and opportunities with current and new customers.
• Respond to sales requests for visits promptly.
• Maintain a positive company image.
