Job summary

Big Ass Fans is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to travel to customer facilities, assess needs, and provide customized fan solutions. You will maintain CRM records, nurture relationships, and drive new opportunities while representing the company in a professional manner.

The role requires extensive driving (3–5+ hours at a time) and frequent overnight trips in a remote capacity. Start date is November 2, 2026, with base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training and experience.
• Proven outside sales experience with relationship-building.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred; diligent note-taking from visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the professional face of Big Ass Fans for customers.
• Perform facility surveys and make customized product recommendations.
• Log all interactions in the CRM and maintain communication with teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-purchase follow-ups and account nurturing.
• Generate meetings and opportunities with existing customers and leads.
