Big Ass Fans is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to deliver tailored air solutions, travel to customer facilities, and build lasting partnerships. You’ll survey sites, recommend products, log interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with our sales and service teams to drive growth.

The role requires a proven track record in outside sales, strong relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Proven outside sales experience in industrial markets.
• Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships.
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and diligent note-taking.
• CAD experience and familiarity with engineering blueprints is a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the professional face of Big Ass Fans for customers.
• Perform facility surveys and tailor product recommendations.
• Submit facility data and log customer interactions in CRM.
• Maintain communication with customers, inside sales, field services, and management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-purchase follow-ups.
• Generate meetings and new opportunities with existing customers and leads.
• Respond to inside sales requests for visits promptly.
• Maintain a positive company image.
• Provide accurate recommendations minimizing installation change orders.
