Job summary

Big Ass Fans in the United States is seeking an Outside Sales Representative dedicated to delivering tailored solutions, conducting facility surveys, and building lasting customer relationships across the designated territory.

This role requires extensive travel (3 days and 2 nights weekly during busy periods), a strong technical mindset, and a drive to meet growth goals, with base pay of 70k–73k plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training and experience.
• Proven outside sales experience; industrial sales is a bonus.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships, internally and externally.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience using CAD is a plus; familiarity with engineering blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the professional face of Big Ass Fans for current and prospective customers.
• Perform facility surveys and make customized product recommendations.
• Submit facility information and log customer interactions in the CRM.
• Maintain communication with customers, inside sales, field services/installers, and management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-purchase follow-ups and account nurturing.
• Generate meetings and opportunities with existing customers and leads.
• Respond to inside sales requests for visits promptly.
• Maintain a positive company image.
