Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, seeks a sales representative to grow Dry Mix product sales in Western Washington with a primary focus on local dealer and contractor accounts, lead generation, and developing new business. The role requires staying close to Seattle metro area and regional travel as business dictates.

You will build customer relationships, educate customers on Dry Mix products, conduct on-site demos, and expand Amerimix and Sakrete product lines while collaborating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education.
• 3+ years’ sales related experience managing a multi-million-dollar sales territory.
• Experience within the building materials industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with dealers and contractors to grow sales and revenue.
• Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand and close deals.
• Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, contractors).
• Participate in industry events representing Amerimix and Sakrete product lines.
• Prospect and cold-call new accounts through site visits and referrals.
• Analyze dealer sales data and buying cycles to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain to forecast demand.
• Manage quotes and deal structures per guidelines.
• Use CRM to manage pipeline and account information.
