Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Understanding of precision manufacturing, machining, or contract manufacturing is a plus.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within targeted industries.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to tailor solutions.
• Educate potential clients about our manufacturing capabilities and product offerings.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and customer service teams for project execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM.
