Job summary

Rubicon is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to drive revenue in a defined Atlanta market. The role reports to the Director of Sales and involves consultative selling to grow Rubicon’s SMB client profile through in-person efforts.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, and Growth teams to manage a robust pipeline, tailor services, and launch new accounts, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience selling a service and long-term agreements preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a short sales cycle.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage in direct sales with existing and potential customers to grow SMB client profile.
• Prepare, lead, and finalize negotiations and contracts with customers.
• Educate customers on Rubicon’s services, pricing, and value.
• Develop and maintain a full sales pipeline in a defined territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand share-of-wallet and launch services.
