Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient role. You will conduct 60-minute sessions with lower to moderate acuity populations, maintain a transparent caseload, and deliver evidence-based care within established guidelines.

You will work within a supportive, operationally strong environment: scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, and licensing are handled for you while clinical autonomy remains a clear feature of the role.

Qualifications

• Independent treatment decision-making
• Active, unrestricted license across states
• Two or more independent state licenses (except CA, NY and MA)
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making
• Experience in fast-paced, sustainable outpatient environments
• Experience in outpatient/structured settings preferred
• Not designed for supervision toward licensure or 1099/private practice

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD)
• Standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions
• Maintain a defined, transparent caseload and goals
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties
• Utilize in-house referral network with psychiatrists
• Receive full operational support (scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, licensing)
• Clinical autonomy with leadership available for consultation
