Talkiatry is hiring independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient role. You will provide 100% remote therapy with structured caseloads and transparent goals, using evidence-based modalities.

The position offers W-2 employment with strong benefits and support from an in-house network of psychiatrists. Ideal candidates hold unrestricted licenses across states, with multi-state licensing support and a track record in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Independent, autonomous practice with clinical judgment.
• Active, unrestricted license; multi-state licensing support.
• Two or more independent state licenses preferred.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Maintain defined, transparent caseload and goals.
• Collaborate with in-house scheduling, billing and credentialing.
• Deliver evidence-based care (CBT/ACT/MI/DBT-informed).
• Avoid inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
