Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for 100% remote outpatient care. You’ll manage a defined caseload in a fast-paced, evidence-based setting with strong leadership support and minimal administrative burden.

Expect a 70k base with incentives up to 90k, plus employer-paid coverage and comprehensive benefits. This role emphasizes autonomous clinical decision-making and structured, guideline-driven care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment.
• Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings (highly desired).
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) (highly desired).
• Not designed for clinicians seeking supervision toward licensure or fully self-directed 1099/private practice.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
