Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient role. You will provide evidence-based, 60-minute sessions with a consistent caseload, supported by a robust operational team handling scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, and licensing.

Ideal candidates hold active multi-state licenses (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC or equivalent) and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making within a sustainable outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed therapists (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or equivalent) with multi-state licensing support.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills required.
• Ability to make independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards.
• Input into schedule within operational guidelines and maintain a transparent caseload.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
