Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for full-time or part-time remote outpatient care. You will deliver evidence-based, 60-minute sessions to lower to moderate acuity populations, with a defined caseload and minimal administrative burdens thanks to comprehensive support.

You will operate with clinical autonomy within established guidelines, maintaining high standards of care and collaboration with leadership for consultation when needed.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active, unrestricted license.
• Two or more independent state licenses (except CA, NY, MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience with structured modalities (CBT/ACT/MI/DBT-informed care).
• Not seeking supervision toward licensure or self-directed 1099/private practice.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Standard session lengths (60 minutes).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
