Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for 100% remote outpatient care. You will provide evidence-based therapy with 60-minute sessions and manage a defined caseload, supported by an in-house intake and billing team.

Our model minimizes admin work so you can focus on patient care, with multi-state licensing support and a comprehensive benefits package including employer-paid health, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed with active unrestricted license.
• Multi-state licensing support available.
• Two or more independent licenses (except CA/NY/MA).
• Experience managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience with structured modalities (CBT/ACT/MI/DBT).
• Not pursuing supervision toward licensure or 1099/private practice.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote outpatient therapy with 60-minute sessions.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties.
