Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Coding Auditor for a remote nationwide role. You will perform quality reviews, audits, and provide education to coders while coordinating with department managers to maintain standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in medical coding, CPC/CPMA preferred, and expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, and reimbursement systems. Strong communication and teaching skills are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in professional medical coding/reimbursement.
• Preference for AHIMA/AAPC credentials; CPMA ideal within 12 months.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS and medical terminology.
• Strong understanding of coding guidelines and Coding Clinics.
• Experience with multi-specialty outpatient clinics is a plus.
• Ability to work across client systems and MS Office proficiency.

• Perform quality reviews and audits and document findings clearly.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure policy adherence.
• Provide education and feedback to coding staff on findings.
• Identify documentation gaps and advise on improvement opportunities.
