Datavant, a healthcare data platform, is seeking an Outpatient Auditing Specialist to address coding quality, compliance assessments, external payer reviews, coding education, and workflow reviews. Requires 5+ years of outpatient coding with CCS/RHIA/RHIT and Epic/Cerner EMR experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outpatient facility coding experience and/or auditing.
• CCS or RHIA/RHIT certification required.
• Maintains 95% accuracy rate.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, and other EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Performs outpatient facility coding audits using ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers.
• Provides rationale with references and documentation locations for changes.
• Keeps abreast of regulatory changes.
• Organizes and prioritizes multiple cases concurrently.
