Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company, seeks an Outpatient Content Management Consultant to support accurate documentation, coding, and regulatory compliance across outpatient services. Remote role in the United States with travel up to 3%.

The position emphasizes developing, reviewing, and maintaining training materials and customer-facing education for Visit Integrity, while partnering with the Technical Writing team to translate complex guidance into clear content.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in coding and CDI in various environments.
• Current RHIA or RHIT credential with CCS, CCS-P, or CPC certification.
• Outpatient CDI and coding across ED, observation, ambulatory surgery, interventional radiology, cardiology, E/M, CPT/HCPCS.
• Interpret ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, NCCI, LCD/NCD and related guidance.

Responsibilities

• Apply outpatient CDI and coding expertise to support accurate documentation and reimbursement.
• Develop education and training content for Visit Integrity program and translate guidance into usable content.
• Coordinate monthly education network: plan topics, coordinate speakers, review sessions, and share resources.
• Collaborate with coding, CDI, clinical, product, writing and customer teams for content questions.
• Maintain up-to-date reference resources and ensure content accuracy and regulatory alignment.
