Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Inpatient Content Management Consultant to leverage CDI, inpatient coding and DRG methodologies to improve documentation and compliance across client health systems.

You will develop training materials, collaborate with the Technical Writing team, and manage the monthly education network, coordinating topics and speakers.

Remote work available with up to 3% domestic travel; requires at least eight years CDI/acute care experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of clinical coding experience or acute care CDI experience.
• RHIA, RHIT with CCS certification or Valid RN or License with minimum of five (5) years acute care experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of CDI experience.

Responsibilities

• Imparting your knowledge and expertise in CDI, inpatient coding, DRG methodologies, risk adjustment, quality indicators, comorbidity indices, clinical documentation integrity, utilization management, population health and coding compliance to both customers and internal team members.
• Developing and maintaining training materials and resources related to Solventum’s Visit Integrity training program.
• Working closely with the Solventum Technical Writing team using their editing software.
• Managing all aspects related to Solventum’s monthly education network including coordinating and scheduling topics and speakers, editing speaker presentations, hosting the monthly sessions among other duties.
