Remote work from home is supported, with travel for training as needed. Requirements include CPC or CCS certification, 3+ years of Behavioral Health coding audits, and proficiency in CPT/HCPCS coding and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• CPC or CCS Certification required.
• CPT/ HCPCS auditing experience demonstrated.
• 1+ years reading and interpreting Behavioral Health claims.
• 3+ years performing Behavioral Health coding audits and disputes.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Ability to work independently and decide actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Experienced medical coding auditor with outpatient Behavioral Health disputes expertise and CPT/HCPCS coding assignments.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of disputes reviews and communicate outcomes to providers clearly.
• Apply auditing best practices to coding decisions per industry guidelines.
• Manage multiple priorities to complete outpatient coding disputes on time.
