Humana Inc. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Behavioral Health Coding Auditor to join the Disputes Team in a remote work setup. The role focuses on CPT/HCPCS coding disputes and requires collaboration across departments to ensure timely, compliant dispute outcomes.

You will review Behavioral Health claims, apply coding guidelines, and communicate results clearly to providers, while supporting performance metrics and quality standards. Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.

Qualifications

• CPC or CCS Certification.
• CPT/ HCPCS auditing experience.
• 1+ years' experience with Behavioral Health claims.
• 3+ years' experience performing BH coding audits and disputes.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Audits and resolves outpatient Behavioral Health disputes.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of dispute outcomes.
• Communicate disputes results to providers professionally.
