Job summary

Locomotivation Ltd seeks an Apprenticeship Training Specialist to support apprentices across our programmes. The role is home-based with travel to employer sites, reporting to a Quality Team Leader. Salary £25,000-£28,000, pension, and mileage/overnight expenses are provided.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering apprenticeship programmes in The Outdoors, maintaining records, and supporting learners’ literacy and numeracy development. Open closing date.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and maths skills and ability to support others in literacy and numeracy.
• Strong IT proficiency with office tools and management systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels.
• Full UK driving license with own vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices on the Outdoor Activity Instructor apprenticeship programme.
• Plan and deliver the apprenticeship programme to build knowledge and skills.
• Support apprentices with portfolios and assessment evidence including Gateway and EPA.
• Assist with enrolment and induction of new apprentices.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to help apprentices achieve.
• Keep accurate records and administrative data to meet obligations.
• Deliver training online and face-to-face.
