Job summary

Umbrella BPO LLC is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to engage warm leads via outbound calls and qualify prospects. The role emphasizes excellent English speaking and phone skills, with hands-on experience in maintaining CRM records and coordinating with the sales team to move opportunities forward.

You will manage leads through the pipeline, set appointments, and contribute to achieving sales targets. This is a full-time remote position offering training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent English speaking and phone skills are required.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Responsibilities
