MCI is seeking a Full-Time Outbound Sales Representative to proactively reach out to prospective customers, build relationships, and promote products and services from a remote work setting.

You’ll meet or exceed sales goals, document interactions, and follow scripts and policies. Ideal candidates are energetic, persuasive, and capable of handling high call volumes while leveraging CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
