We are hiring an Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist to manage outreach from initial contact to enrollment, in a high-volume, phone-based role. The position is hybrid based in Las Vegas, NV, with remote options for US candidates.

The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to HIPAA and Cadence standards, and collaboration with the Cadence Care team to enroll patients and schedule follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with high-volume outbound or inbound calls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with HIPAA compliance.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude and Google Gemini).

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate program details, benefits, expected outcomes, patient responsibilities, and the value to patients.
• Facilitate virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Cadence Care team.
• Build strong rapport and trust with patients, nurturing lasting relationships based on mutual respect and understanding.
• Follow established scripts while adapting communication to connect authentically with patients.
• Maintain balance between high-quality patient interactions and productivity targets.
